1. Scope and Website Use

2. Product Information and Technical Specifications
Product photographs, descriptions, mesh references, dimensions, illustrations and application examples are indicative unless expressly confirmed in writing. Final material grade, mesh size, opening, wire diameter, dimensions, tolerances, finish, fabrication method and other technical requirements will be governed by the accepted quotation, approved drawing, specification or order acknowledgement.
3. Quotations and Prices
Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation and may depend on quantity, raw-material prices, technical requirements, packing, destination and availability. Taxes, freight, insurance, inspection, certification, packing and other charges apply as stated in the commercial offer.
4. Orders and Acceptance
A customer purchase order does not by itself create a binding obligation unless accepted by Filter Woven India in writing or processed through an official order acknowledgement, proforma invoice or equivalent confirmation. Any change in quantity, specification, delivery term or commercial condition must be agreed in writing.
5. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom fabricated, application-specific or made-to-order products may not be cancellable, replaceable or returnable after material procurement, cutting, fabrication or production has begun, except where otherwise agreed in writing. Customer-approved drawings, samples, dimensions and specifications form the basis of manufacture.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms shall be those stated in the quotation, proforma invoice, tax invoice or order acknowledgement. Delayed payment may affect procurement, production, dispatch, credit facilities or future supply commitments.
7. Delivery, Dispatch and Risk
Delivery schedules are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing. Dispatch may be affected by raw-material availability, inspection requirements, transport conditions, government restrictions, force majeure or other events beyond reasonable control. Freight, insurance, title and risk shall follow the agreed delivery terms.
8. Inspection, Acceptance and Claims
Customers should inspect goods promptly after receipt. Any claim for shortage, visible transit damage, wrong item or material non-conformity should be reported with photographs, batch details, invoice reference and other supporting information within the period stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or order documentation.
9. Quality, Certificates and Documentation
Material certificates, inspection reports, traceability documents, compliance records or other documentation are supplied only when included in the agreed scope. Customers remain responsible for confirming that the selected product is suitable for their equipment, process, environment and regulatory requirements.
10. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Any product warranty is limited to the written warranty specifically offered for the relevant order. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Filter Woven India will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from incorrect product selection, improper installation, misuse, unsuitable process conditions, unauthorised modification, poor storage or use outside agreed specifications.
11. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, catalogue material, product presentation, drawings, graphics and proprietary information may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
12. Privacy and Business Communications
